In this first assignment, the goal was to warm up with a small portion of an Asian neighborhood street. My objectives were to establish a shape language and style, create a compact, believable street that’s dense yet easy to navigate, and identify which areas of design I’m comfortable with and which need improvement.
To achieve this, I blended recognizable, repetitive architecture with prominent landmarks like the metro, market, and restaurant, aiming to create a sense of verticality and occlusion so each space feels unique.

My primary inspiration came from the Persona 5 Hub, but rather than using the game’s style directly, I looked to their references, particularly Tokyo and Osaka.
